Financial membership entitles players full use of the courts and pavilion although there are a number of restrictions that members need to be aware of inclusive of:

• Membership Categories
• Court allocations and proceedures

The Categories are:

• Seniors - Full membership, entitles the member to use the courts every day of the week.
• Weekday - Entitles members court use Monday - Friday only excepting Public Holidays.
• Students - Full time student 18 & above, entitled to use the courts every day of the week. 
• Juniors - 17 and under member entitled to use the courts every day of the week.
• HOT SHOTS - 11 and under enrolled in HOT SHOTS coaching program and entitled to use the courts every day of the week.
• Night - Entitles members use of court if in WDTA or KDNTA night competition seasons.
• Pennant - Court use resitricted to playing during the Tennis Victoria Pennant season.
• Social - Non Playing

The membership year is 1st October through to 30th September each year. New members are charged pro-rata fees adjusted quarterly.
